All About Me!
Welcome to my blog. My name is Beth Sedor and I am a mother of two boys Max age 3 1/2 and Ayden 5 years old. I have been a teacher for 13 years in three states and four VERY DIFFERENT schools. I have learned so many things and thought why not share my journey with others.
My Career started at Cotee River Elementary School in New Port Richey, FL. What a funs school and can I say AMAZING weather......I taught Kindergarten my first year and that was a leaning experience for sure. Then off to second grade for eight years straight. I love my team and they taught me SOOO MUCH...

Off To Indy
My husband and I moved north for his work and I started out as a stay at home mom. I started to go crazy because I love LOVE teaching. I really LOVE my boys but I liked doing my job also and wanted to do it all. I searched for jobs and came across a second grade position at Indianapolis Lighthouse Charter school. That would be the crazies two years in my career!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was very different from CRES. It was a urban school with some difficult kids and I took the challenge. I think I did a great job connecting with my students and making learning relevant.

New Home
I found a new home. I decided to do a leap of faith and try a new job at a new place. I moved to East brook Elementary School to teach 3rd grade and found home. After a year of teaching first grade I was asked back to fill a first grade position the following year.
